PRINT ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
WHAT IS IT?
The SnoDeo Program is
small enough to fit in a pocket (4.25"w x 5.5"h), but big enough to
make an impact. It is printed in full color on aqueous gloss paper to
better resist the weather. In addition to advertisements, it includes
basic information about the manufacturers and exhibitors at the event.
Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to reach more than 7,500
snowmobile enthusiasts from all over New England and Southern Quebec

ADVERTISING SIZES AND RATES
All ads are printed in full-color.
Full Page (non-bleed): 4” x 5.25” / $ 386
Half Page, Horizontal: 4” x 2.5” / $ 192
Half Page, Vertical: 1.875” x 5.25” / $ 192
Quarter Page: 1.875” x 2.5” / $ 96
Back Cover (full-bleed): 4.25” x 5.5” / $ 772
Inside Covers (full-bleed): 4.25” x 5.5” / $ 515
CAMERA READY REQUIREMENTS
Advertising
rates are based on receiving materials electronically. Please be sure
your ad meets these requirements or additional production charges may
apply.
+ PDF files are preferred. PDFs MUST be created in
Acrobat 5.0 or later. Be sure to save your file with all fonts embedded,
as a CMYK file at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Those ads not
provided as PDFs must be created in Adobe InDesign only. Files created
on applications other than InDesign will not be accepted and MUST be
converted to PDF format.
+ Set up documents to final size for output.
+ Do not compress linked graphic files when preparing final high resolution PDF.
+ Please use advertiser name when naming file.

ADS ARE IN FULL-COLOR; All files must be converted to CMYK, not RGB.
Black text should be in percentages of K (black), not gradients of CMYK.
+ Scan all photos and art at 300 dpi resolution minimum. (Images from web sites are not high-resolution)
+ Include all fonts when creating final InDesign file. Do not stylize fonts, use the actual italicized or bold font.
+ When sending an InDesign file, archive your ad, fonts and photos/art in one file (zip and sit accepted).
PRODUCTION CHARGES
Additional
production work including (but not limited to) typesetting, scanning, or
resizing will be charged to the advertiser at a rate of $60/hour.
PARTICIPATION DEADLINE
All advertisers must either purchase online below or submit this form by December 31, 2011, in order to be included in the 2012 Swift Diamond Riders’ SnoDeo Program. Any and all ad materials are due by December 31, 2011. Please email all ads to ads@nhsnodeo.com.

| ONLINE ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
For the first time, we are offering online banner advertising on the SnoDeo web site. Our site has seen tremendous growth in traffic from when we first launched in 2006, showing us that it has become the destination for everyone interested in the SnoDeo.
Based on last year's numbers, we expect over 20,000 visitors to the site between October 1st and March 3rd. This means that you can effectively reach our active snowmobiling audience at a low cost and with little effort on your part.
You can launch your online banner ad on the 1st or the 15th of the month. Costs will be pro-rated, based on how many days until the SnoDeo; from November 1st to March 5th there are 124 days.
ADVERTISING LOCATIONS
Advertising is available in two locations:
1) The Home page (along the right side, under the Facebook badge): $2.67 per day
2) The Lodging page (available to hotels, motels, inns, B&Bs, etc. and will appear along the right side of the page): $1.07 per day*
*Please note that any hotel, motel, etc. that purchases a 1/4 page print ad ($96) in the SnoDeo program will automatically get a FREE PREMIUM online ad on the Lodging page (these will appear at the top of the page, just under the navigation bar)

• JPG or GIF files are preferred. Be sure to save your file as a RBG file at a minimum resolution of 72 dpi.
• Set up documents to final size, as listed above.
• Please use advertiser name when naming file (example: SouthEndMedia_ad_2011.jpg).
• Please be sure to select a launch date that is far enough in advance to ensure that we will receive your materials in time.
PRODUCTION CHARGES
