What will we see?
A: Four manufacturers (Polaris, Ski-Doo, Arctic Cat and Yamaha) are scheduled to be there and will be displaying their 2009 line of machines. It is up to the factory as to what machines will be on the line for demonstration rides. Even the Club does not know until set-up time. Also at the show are many dealers and vendors providing great season close-out sales on clothing, accessories, sleds, trailers, and other items. Visit the Antique Tent and see how far the sport has gone in it's short history. Meet many representatives from the State legislation, Law enforcement, and Trails Bureau and let them answer your questions. See how your trails are managed. And as always, lots of great food and fun. back to top
We need a place to stay. Who do we contact?
A: Rooms are reserved early in the year, so make your plans as soon as possible. Contact the North Country Chamber of Commerce, the Umbagog Area Chamber of Commerce, or check out the local club web sites and their links for supporting lodging establishments. back to top
What is the best way to get to the SnoDeo?
A: We always encourage people to ride the trails to the event. The SnoDeo is right off corridor trails 5 and 18 at Coleman State Park. Car and truck parking is always limited. For those who need to come by road vehicle, Coleman State Park is in West Stewartstown at the end of Little Diamond Pond Road, off Route 26 between Colebrook and the Balsams Resort. Follow the directions of our traffic attendants as they know how to get you in and out the best possible way. Shuttle buses will be running from the parking lots to the event. There is no fee for the bus shuttle. See our Directions page for a map. back to top
Can I ride my sled to the SnoDeo from Vermont or Maine?
A: There currently is no reciprocal program between Vermont and New Hampshire or Maine and New Hampshire. In order to ride your sled to the SnoDeo, you must fully register your snowmobile in New Hampshire. For more information on registering, go to the New Hampshire Trails Bureau. To find a dealership where you can register, go to the New Hampshire Fish and Game site.
